Since 2014 NHS England have been implementing the Friends and Family Test in services throughout the UK.  Now well established as an important channel of feedback in primary and secondary care, FFT has made feedback on care a normal activity after any experience.

We are helping many organisations to collect FFT feedback.  From local GP’s and Dentists to NHS Trusts and Private Clinics, we have worked with them all to make sure that they are exceeding expectations – and when they aren’t, that they are pro-active and take action.

Along with FFT, we also help healthcare organisations to collect more detailed patient feedback on different services.

Patient experience is very subjective, one persons great experience is another persons OK experience.  We can help you collect detailed feedback from patients to help you understand the small things that make a big difference for patients as well as the big things that need instant attention.

Often a forgotten audience from a feedback perspective, residents who are in a residential or nursing care setting should have the same opportunity as any other service user to give their feedback. We make this possible using our range of flexible feedback solutions.

Age and Capacity should not prevent someone from having a say if they wish and we are proud to develop inclusive surveys for service users to have their say.
